10 story (350,000 SF) Public Health Education Building for the UTHealth Houston School of Public Health. Building Program includes: instructional spaces, academic department faculty and staff offices, wet laboratories. Designed to the UTHealth and RPC architectural & design standards along with the requirements of the joint MDACC UTH South Campus Master Plan to ensure a cohesive campus feel.

GMi's scope included cold-formed metal framing, rough carpentry, gypsum sheathing, thermal insulation, doors and frames, non-structural metal framing, gypsum board, tape & float, acoustical ceilings, and specialty ceilings.
