University of Houston Fertitta Family College of Medicine
The University of Houston Feritta Family College of Medicine is located just minutes away from the main UH campus. With state-of-the-art classrooms and laboratories, the new 3-story school was one of the first Houston-based medical schools and opened in 2022. The building features modern classrooms and study spaces and can accommodate 480 students at full enrollment.

- Scope: Ground up 3 story higher education building. GMi's scope included cold-formed exterior metal framing, gypsum sheathing, thermal insulation, fire/smoke protection, doors/frames, non-structural interior metal framing, drywall, tape/float, acoustical ceilings, and specialty ceilings.
