Once complete, the building will stand at 50-stories tall and be complete with 414 apartments with a top-floor breathtaking view of Austin. - Scope: Ground up 50 story residential tower with 414 units and an amenity deck in Austin. GMi's scope included cold-formed metal framing, rough carpentry, gypsum sheathing, thermal insulation, fire and smoke protection, non-structural metal framing, gypsum board, and acoustical ceilings.
