Travis Tower
Travis Tower, located in the heart of the Capitol of Texas, is a high-rise, mixed-use building currently under construction. Once complete, the building will stand at 50-stories tall and be complete with 414 apartments with a top-floor breathtaking view of Austin. The prime location will give residents access to many Austin attractions, and Travis Tower will provide a variety of amenities like fitness facilities, a coffee shop, a pool, and more.
GMi prefabricated the panels for this project in our offsite facility.

- Scope: Ground up 50 story residential tower with 414 units and an amenity deck in Austin. GMi's scope included cold-formed metal framing, rough carpentry, gypsum sheathing, thermal insulation, fire and smoke protection, non-structural metal framing, gypsum board, and acoustical ceilings.
