A 19-story high-rise featuring approximately 298 student housing units (around 800 beds) immediately adjacent to Texas A&M University, this signature development includes six levels of structured parking and a rooftop amenity deck with pool, spa, outdoor lounge, and fitness facilities. Recognized as the tallest building in College Station, The Rev redefines student living in the Northgate district.
