Stanley Black & Decker
Finished in early 2021, the Stanley Black & Decker building is a large distribution facility and warehouse located in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. This addition to Stanley Black & Decker allows for expansion of their Texas operations and gives them a more centralized hub for distribution. With the world’s largest tool manufacturer bringing in this huge distribution center, it also brought 300 jobs to North Texas.
