The Omni PGA Hotel and Resort was a highly anticipated project located in Frisco, Texas. The large-scale luxury hotel stands six stories tall and contains 500 guestrooms throughout its 600,000 square feet. The hotel space also features a variety of amenities, including several restaurants, ballrooms, meeting rooms, and event space. The property features a multitude of additional structures across the 600 acre property such as an event barn, restaurants, and more.

- Scope: Hotel and event barn portion of the Omni PGA Resort in Frisco. The 6-story ground up hotel building includes 500 hotel keys along with a spa amenity space and a ballroom. GMi's scope includes metal framing and sheathing, specialty and acoustical ceilings, rough carpentry, thermal insulation, gypsum board, doors and frames.
