- Scope: Ground up 20 story residential tower in Dallas. 4 levels of above-grade parking, amenity deck on level 5 and residential units fill the rest of the levels. GMi's scope included prefabricated cold-formed exterior metal framing and sheathing, standard interior stud framing, drywall, drywall ceilings, and thermal insulation.
