Morado on Berry
Morado on Berry is a mixed-use student housing development located on the campus of Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas. The project features 780 beds across a variety of floor plans, 25,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space, and premium amenities including a rooftop pool and deck, fitness center, Pilates studio, study spaces, and outdoor gathering areas. Thoughtfully designed to foster community, convenience, and student success, the development creates a vibrant living experience that enhances campus life.

GMi's scope included structural metal framing, miscellaneous structural steel, cold-formed metal framing, rough carpentry, gypsum sheathing, thermal insulation, fire and smoke protection, doors and frames, windows, non-structural metal framing, gypsum board and acoustical ceilings.
