Living Spaces Katy
The industrial project, Living Spaces Katy, consisted of a 314,000 SF warehouse and distribution space and a 123,000 SF showroom. The multi-purpose facility is located in one of the fastest growing and most desirable suburbs just east of Houston. Living Spaces now offers a huge selection of home furnishings in Katy, Texas and its surrounding areas.
GMi prefabricated the panels for this project in our offsite facility.
