LakePointe Church Royse City Campus is a 45,000-square-foot ground-up facility designed to support worship, fellowship, and community engagement in a growing area of Royse City, Texas. The new campus includes dedicated gathering and worship spaces, along with expanded seating capacity to accommodate the church’s growing congregation.

- Scope: New ground-up campus for Lakepointe Church. GMi's scope included cold-formed metal framing, rough carpentry, gypsum sheathing, thermal insulation, board insulation, doors and frames, non-structural metal framing, gypsum board, acoustical ceilings and specialty ceilings.
