An eight-story apartment tower rising in the evolving Lake Cliff neighborhood of Oak Cliff in Dallas, this multifamily development brings modern residential density to a historically rich, walkable area. Constructed by Weis Builders, the project reflects a blend of urban infill design and neighborhood-sensitive integration, contributing new housing options amid Lake Cliff’s ongoing transformation.
