Knox Street is a 1-million-square-foot mixed-use development in Dallas featuring a luxury hotel with penthouse condos, a 173-unit multifamily tower, Class AA office space, and over 100,000 square feet of retail and restaurants. The project also includes a half-acre park with direct access to the Katy Trail. Designed to create a vibrant urban village, it blends high-end amenities with walkable, community-focused spaces.
