Joe Greene Residence Hall & Tour Center: University of North Texas
The Joe Greene Residence Hall & Tour Center project included a five-story residential hall and tour center for the University of North Texas. The residential space can house 500 students in a community-centric atmosphere and features every amenity a student could need. The hall also features collaborative study environments for students to use throughout their time at UNT. The tour center, which sits adjacent to the hall, includes a mock dorm room and 170-seat presentation room.

- Scope: Ground up 5 story residence hall and tour center for UNT. GMi's scope included cold-formed exterior metal framing and sheathing, cold-formed metal trusses, standard gauge interior framing, drywall, acoustical ceilings, acoustical wall panels, building insulation, doors and frames.
