- Scope: Ground up grocery store and dark store for HEB in Plano. GMi's scope included cold-formed exterior metal framing, rough carpentry, gypsum sheathing, thermal insulation, fire/smoke protection, doors/frames, non-structural interior metal framing, drywall, and acoustical ceilings.
