HEB Jordan Ranch is a ground-up grocery store located in Katy, Texas. As part of the master-planned Jordan Ranch community, the HEB will serve the Greater Houston area for years to come.

GMi prefabricated the panels for this project in our offsite facility.

  • Scope: Ground up HEB store with a FSCW. GMi's scope incuded cold-formed metal framing, rough carpentry, gypsum sheathing, thermal insulation, doors and frames, non-structural metal framing, gypsum board, tape and float and acoustical ceilings.
