  • Scope: New 3-bay station with a Storm Shelter, Community Room, and Living Quarters. CMU and CFMF at exterior walls. Medium density of drywall scope. ACT and gyp ceilings. GMi's scope included cold-formed metal framing, rough carpentry, gypsum sheathing, thermal insulation, fire and smoke protection, doors and frames, non-structural metal framing, gypsum board, acoustical ceilings, and specialty ceilings. GMi also installed 13K SF of Pac-Clad metal wall & soffit panels.
