The First Co. Engineering Building project consisted of a remodel of their existing building located in Dallas, TX. An industry leader in HVAC manufacturing, the remodel included implementation of a state-of-the-art testing facility. Additionally, the building received updates throughout their office space, conference rooms, and more for all employees to enjoy.
