East Quarter Residences
The East Quarter Residences set the tone of luxury and sophistication throughout the East Quarter district of Dallas, Texas. In this project, the Meletio Tower, is the point piece for Todd Interests’ East Quarter development in which 18 historic buildings were renovating. This project preserved two buildings dating back to the 1940s. Officially topping out at 21 stories, the tower 180,000 SF of office space, 25,000 of retail space, and the remaining square footage is residential space. The residences feature 335 apartments, a fitness center, and more amenities for tenants. With spectacular views of Downtown Dallas, this tower makes the perfect accent to the East Quarter.
