Crescent Hotel Fort Worth
The Crescent Hotel is a new project that fits in perfectly with the historically modern surroundings in Fort Worth’s Cultural District. The hotel will offer 200 guestrooms throughout its five-stories, as well as three different dining options for all to enjoy. The property also includes event space and close proximity to Fort Worth’s vibrant downtown.

GMi's scope included prefabricated cold-formed exterior metal framing and sheathing, non-structural interior metal framing, drywall, drywall ceilings, acoustical ceilings, specialty ceilings, thermal insulation, doors and frames.
