Cosm Grandscape
The Cosm at Grandscape is a commercial project in The Colony, Texas. The Cosm serves the public as a multi-media venue, providing spectators with a “redefined experience” including a 87ft diameter LED dome that will host live events. The state-of-the-art venue allows for a new era of immersive entertainment for sports, art exhibitions, and more.

- Scope: 4 story multi-media venue. GMi's scope included cold-formed metal framing, rough carpentry, gypsum sheathing, thermal insulation, fire and smoke protection, doors and frames, non-structural metal framing, gypsum boards, and acoustical ceilings and wall panels.
