Collin College – Farmersville
The Collin College – Farmersville project consisted of a 52,000 square foot academic building to serve students residing in Collin County. The community college in Farmersville, Texas, aims to provide affordable higher education. With the new building, the college can now accommodate up to 1,250 students within the seven classrooms, three computer labs, and more.

- Scope: Ground up 1 story higher education campus. GMi's scope included cold-formed exterior metal framing, rough carpentry, gypsum sheathing, thermal insulation, fire/smoke protection, doors/frames, non-structural interior metal framing, drywall, and acoustical ceilings.
