Arlington ISD – Fine Arts
This project provided Arlington ISD‘s award-winning fine arts program with a breathtaking acoustic venue needed for various events. The center features a 1,250-seat concert hall, a 425-seat theater, a classroom space, art and dance studios, an instrument repair center, and even a gallery space. Along with the Arlington ISD Athletics Complex, the Fine Arts facility will serve the districts entire student body.

- Scope: 2 Level Ground up athletic facility with basketball arena and natatorium. GMi's scope of work included exterior framing and sheathing, light gauge metal framing, drywall, drywall revelas, hard lid ceilings and installation of doors and frames.
