The Legacy Midtown Park
The Legacy Midtown Park is a multi-building senior care facility located in Dallas, Texas. The community offers guests 184 independent living apartments, 51 assisted living apartments, 36 memory support residences, and 54 rehabilitation suites within the 8-story building. Beyond living accommodations, the facility also provides many amenities to it’s residents allowing for a comfortable stay.

Legacy Midtown Park features three phases and set to be completed in 2021. GMi’s scope of work includes pre-fabricated exterior wall panels, sheathing, drywall, acoustical ceilings, doors, frames, and hardware.
